One of the oldest user requests here on Longshanks is to add the A Song of Ice and Fire Tabletop Miniatures Game (ASOIAF) miniatures game produced by CMON as a supported game. While we like adding new games, especially when they are commonly requested, we also don't like to step on the toes of a game community that already has a "standard" tournament organization tool. For ASOIAF, that tool has been ASOIAF-Stats. Out of respect for that site's service to the gaming community, Longshanks has opted not to add support for ASOIAF.
Two days ago, the administrator of ASOIAF-Stats announced that the site will be shutting down at the end of March. If you haven't already, read the announcement.
In response to this, ASOIAF will be added as a supported game system on Longshanks at or before the end of March, 2025. The game was actually set up several years ago but never made public. The settings will be checked and confirmed to be correct and up to date with the current ASOIAF game and tournament rules. The system will then be unlocked some time in the next couple of months.
Longshanks would like to invite and welcome ASOIAF players to use our system to organize your games and events in the future. In addition, we are open to any and all requests, suggestions, and comments for how ASOIAF can best be supported.
